15. How do I cancel my storage unit?

To cancel your storage unit, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. To schedule your move-out:

1. Log in to your Member Dashboard
2. Select your move-out date
3. Submit confirmation

Move-out requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Please note that we do not prorate your final month’s rent. After your move-out date, your access ends and your account closes. See our billing terms for full details.
